Col. Holihan established the company to leverage his 45 plus years of experience in facility management, logistics and leadership. Co. Holihan retired from a 31 year career on Active Duty throughout the world and 10 years as a GS-15 for 10 years in the Marine Corps in the National Capital Region. The Marine Corps service bookends 7 years in the private sector serving in various Program and Project Management positions. Col. Holihan has worked for Radian Inc., Raytheon and Northrop Grumman Technical Services Companies, Jacobs Engineering and Production Director for Beaufort Engineering Services Inc.
