Holihan Associates LLC was a subcontractor to  BES Design Build providing Project Management to oversee the upgrade and  renovation of 13 restroom facilities at the Alvin C. York VA Medical  Center.  BES Design  Build had an onsite Superintendent who coordinated the day to day work  effort of a wide range of subcontractors, who provide the mechanical,  electrical, plumbing, carpentry, tiling, fire protection, and Test and  Balance services to renovate these restroom facilities.
