Scope
Holihan Associates provided A/E design services to renovate the 1st and 2nd Floor Corridors of Building 5 at Memphis VA Medical Center. This includes approximately 12,000 gross square feet of common and support spaces - locker rooms, toilets, lobby, corridors, waiting areas and 2 exam rooms. The project mainly addresses halls and walls finish issues, including, lighting, wall protection, door finishes, and door hardware. Limited work in PTSD procedure rooms will be accomplished to help unify the spaces for better utilization and patient care. BESI provided Mechanical, Electrical Power and Plumbing design services, the CD Design Group provided Architectural and Interior Design services and OCMI provided Cost Estimation services.
